Tiny Tots Playhouse provides indoor play sessions, birthday party bookings, and related services for toddlers and young children. Our website allows parents to book play sessions, reserve party dates, and purchase add-ons.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed via our website or in-person.

  • Payments are required at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards through secure payment processors.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to offer flexibility where we can. While we do not offer refunds for missed reservations, we are more than happy to issue a credit that can be applied to a future visit. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll gladly help you reschedule for another day that works for you.

3. Waivers and Safety

  • Parents/guardians must sign a waiver before children can participate in any play sessions.

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in our facility.

  • Socks are required for both children and adults in all play areas.

4. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse our website or its content. This includes:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the site or user data.

  • Uploading malicious code, spam, or fraudulent information.

  • Using the website for anything illegal or disruptive.
